01 · general tldr
  • You must be 18+ to commission me (payment processors insist, and so do I).
  • Food and rent before commissioning, take care of yourself first, please!
  • I reply in English, usually within 24 hours.
  • I may post WIPs/finals in my portfolio/socials. Choose the privacy add‑on if you need the piece to remain private.
  • You’re purchasing the digital art piece for personal use only by default.
  • Commercial merchandise license fee (+100%) can be added and should be agreed upon payment.
  • Payment is made after the sketch approval via EasyStaff Invoice USD/EUR (via Card) OR EasyStaff Connect USD/EUR (via PayPal or Card)
  • Refunds: because payment happens after sketch approval, only partial refund is possible. If I must cancel, you receive a full refund.
02 · payment
  • Prices are in USD, but I can invoice you in EUR if you prefer.
  • Paid via EasyStaff Invoice or EasyStaff Connect. It accepts PayPal and Card for payment.
  • NO direct PayPal invoice, Vgen, DrawMarket etc. It is sadly unavailable in my country.
  • Payment plans are accepted.
  • Work only begins once I reach you in the queue and the payment after sketch is done.
03 · process & revisions
  • Sketch → After your commission is accepted or when I reach your place in the queue, I send a SKETCH for approval within 7 days. Five major revision passes are free.
  • Payment → After you approve the sketch and have no more revisions, I send you an EasyStaff invoice or EasyStaff Connect page for payment.
  • Flat color → After the payment is done, I continue the work. Expect the Flat color update within 3-5 days. Major changes after an approved stage are possible but depending on complexity can be billed as extra work, quoted beforehand so nothing ever surprises your wallet.
  • WIPs → You may expect WIP updates every 2-4 days. Depending on complexity we might need just a handful of updates (for illustrations) or significantly more (for pillows or models).
  • Finish → I deliver a full-res .PNG + a smaller web-size version via GoogleDrive.
04 · turnaround
  • Each type of artwork on the lists its estimate.
  • I work in queue order.
  • Please be aware that I work on commissions one by one to avoid burnout. This means I do not start new drawings until I finish the current one.
  • If life emergency happens, you'll hear it from me first.
05 · cancellations & refunds
  • Since I generally take payment after sketch, cancel before sketch is possible and free of charge.
  • Cancel after sketch approval → 50% refund.
  • Cancel after coloring starts → 70% refund.
  • If I cancel (health, emergency, bad vibes escalation) → full refund.
06 · usage & rights
  • Commission art is for personal use: icons, headers, wallpapers, printing for yourself, thumbnails, schedules, promo posts.
  • Reposting is welcome with credit @the_ponya.
  • Commercial merchandise license costs +100% — except the vtuber model art commission type, which already includes it.
  • I keep the right to post the finished work to my galleries. Choose the privacy add‑on if you need the piece to remain private.
  • Not allowed: AI training, nft/crypto use, tracing, removing my signature.

About me

Hello and welcome in, I'm Ponya! ('｡• ᵕ •｡`) You can call me anything really but Ponya or Pon will do just fine! I'm a self-taught freelance artist who mainly focuses on anime and kemono drawings. I'm not really active on social media, not really a chit-chatter and also forget to answer DMs easily. I'm just introverted tosay the least, please don't take my silence personally!

I speak Russian (native) and English (Intermediate i'd say). I've also started to learn Mandarin Chinese but it's going very slow!

Besides drawing I'm also into movies, tv series, ASMR, some anime, some VTubers and some history! Small brain can only really handle so much though. To see my favs scroll down to the bottom of faq!

FAQ
  • What program do you use? For drawing I use Clip Studio Paint (ver 4). Decent alternative is Paint Tool Sai, I've used it myself for a long time and can def recommend it! For simplest video editing i use ВидеоМОНТАЖ
  • What tablet do you use? Currently I use Wacom Intuos Pro M. I did like my budget Huion Inspiroy h950p a lot, but I gave it to someone in need.
  • How long have you been drawing? I've started to take art more or less seriously back in 2017! It's when I had my first commission and gained my first $10!
  • Do you do Art trades/Requests? Usually I don't! Most of the time I'm busy working on commission and touching grass :> Sometimes i make Request posts in my Discord/Telegram to find some inspo though.
  • Do you only do character illustration? While it's definitely my comfort zone I'm open to any kind of a challenge. I already did chibi pets based on photos and one of my drawings was used for metal engraving. Some VTuber commissioners also take my art and make it into merch, including but not limited to keychains, stickers, wallscrolls and dakis! I also started learning Live2D because one of my friends asked me to! Probably the only thing I would not do is tattoo design :)
  • Why no PayPal/Vgen? PayPal does not work in my country, sorry! And even though VGen does i cannot withdraw directly to my bank. But please note I use EasyStaff which allows to use PayPal for payment!
  • What is EasyStaff? It's a global platform where you can find and pay freelancers. The services include EasyStaff Invoice (it allows to create direct invoices, only supports cards) and EasyStaff Connect (basically freelance marketplace, with PayPal and all the jazz).
  • Thoughts on GenAI? We cannot escape AI and I've accepted this fact. While I don't personally like and use it I don't care if anyone else does. Whenever it started to get better and better it made me feel lost and hopeless of course but in the end average GenAI user would never followed me for art anyways. Limit its presence in your life and life will be sunny and colorful again. I would appreciate if you did not feed my art to AI!
